Due to the characteristics of the soil, red schist, and the climate, with lower temperatures, more rain and less sun, Estremoz is the limit to the south where it is possible to produce fresh wines in the Alentejo region. Produced exclusively with Antão Vaz, the most typical white variety in this region, this wine combines mineral and tropical aromas in harmony. In the mouth it is fresh and surprisingly long.
