This white wine shows its mineral nature well. In its vinification, the grapes were hand-picked at not too high temperatures for 3 weeks in August.
Intense yellow color and a nose marked by ripe fruit and a light citrus touch already ripe, in the mouth it is a delicate wine, with a correct acidity and a slightly heavy palate, with the fruit mixed with delicate mineral and lemonade notes, the aftertaste it is short in length and medium in persistence.
Varieties: Arinto, Fernão Pires, Gouveio.
Accompanies white meat, fish and cheese.
